Upgrades
Start with the takeoff. Upgrade when you bid.
Many shops buy Prints + takeoff first to decide whether to bid. Upgrade the same bid within 30 days of delivery, before it is due, and pay only the difference. You get the full revision allowance of the new package.

Payment is due in full before work starts, by credit card, debit card, or ACH through a secure payment link. Card payments clear right away; ACH can take a few business days, so pay by card if you need rush.
Federal / SAM.gov
Federal RFQs and RFPs
We prepare packages for U.S. government solicitations on SAM.gov the same way we work our own federal bids. Send the solicitation with the full document package, and the same tiers apply.
For a federal package, send:
- The solicitation number or SAM.gov link
- Prints, scope of work, specs, and every amendment
- Your labor and material rates for priced packages
Do not upload restricted drawings (CUI, FOUO, export-controlled, or anything marked for limited distribution). Contact us and we will arrange an approved way to send them.

How we stand behind the work
- We work every package the same way we work our own bids.
- Packages are based solely on the documents you provide. You send the full package; we do not hunt for drawings or field-verify.
- Addenda issued after we start may need a revision.
- You review and own the final submitted bid.
- Flat fee, paid in full before work starts, by credit card, debit card, or ACH through a secure payment link. No checks. Free samples excepted.
- The turnaround clock starts once payment clears.

We are giving a limited number of free sample packages to established low-voltage shops, GCs, and primes that already pay for this work. Send a real job with drawings.
